USAGE TERMS!
✮⋆˙ You can: Use the art as your icon, post it anywhere you want and make it physical for PERSONAL USE and warning me before.ex: book cover, poster, keychain, mug, boards or GIFTS.When thats the case, tell me and I will give you a version without water mark if you want.✮⋆˙ You can't: Post the version without water mark anywhere, resell regardless of price, change the art, blur/remove the water mark without my consent, claim my art to yourself, use it in any NFT or AI, make commercial use without a pre-conversation.ex: sell books, schedules, t-shirts or any other thing with my art as a brand.If you want to make commercial use tell me and we'll reach an agreement about it.✮⋆˙ With arts that aren't commisions:You can: Use as an icon anywhere, put it in headers and carrds with credits, use it as an wallpaper. (You can change the background or make it a PNG for it).You can't: Respost without credits, make them physics, use it for commercial ends, change/blur the water mark, use in NFT or AI.✮⋆˙ From me: I can use any art as advertising and post it on my feed (when its commisions I'll warn you)If you don't want your art being used for it just tell me.
SERVICE TERMS!
✮⋆˙ Production time: 1-2 weeks. I general theres 99% of chance to take less time, principally in simple arts. But I am a student and I have other works, so there can be unexpected events and thats why this time.If there's an urgent commision you can warn me, depending on the deadline, it may cost additional prices.✮⋆˙ Process: I will send you scheenshots during the sketch, the base colors nd if necessary some phases of the rendering for you to approve/opine. You also can follow the process on trello. During the sketch you csn change anythinf you want, after this it can have extra costs.✮⋆˙ Delivery mode: I will send you the link on GoogleDrive and then you can download the art with high quality.✮⋆˙ Payment: In arts below of R$10, the payment is 100% in advance, in higher prices 50% comes when making the purchase and 50% later. I only accept Pix.✮⋆˙ Devolution/Refund: If you need to cancel the art during the sketch I will give back to you 25% from the 50%. After this there are no devolutions UNLESS you paid 100%, in this case I'll return 50%.If I can't finish the drawing, the refund will be 100% when it's because of personal reasons and 50% if the reason is bad conduct or bad treatment by the client's part.✮⋆˙ I can refuse any commision that can cause me to feel uncomfortable or if i simply don't want to do.

• Complicated scenarios
• Nudity of real people
• Any anonymous person that haven't allowed
